Fees & Services
Payment for sessions is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. Sessions may be paid in cash, check or credit card.
This practice belongs to some (but not all) managed care and preferred provider health plans. Many people choose to pay out of pocket for various reasons, to include avoiding higher premiums and protection of privacy. Billing insurance companies for reimbursement requires a diagnosis. In cases where I am not an in-network provider with your insurance company, I will provide you with a receipt so that you may file for reimbursement.
